Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for QR-Appy paid subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
1. Free trial and renewal
QR-Appy offers a 15-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout.
2. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel future renewals using the subscription-management link provided by Paddle in your purchase or billing communications. Canceling stops future renewal charges; access normally continues until the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund requests
Paddle acts as the payment provider and merchant of record for QR-Appy purchases where applicable. Refund eligibility is handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
You can request a refund using the receipt or subscription-management links sent by Paddle, or through Paddle Buyer Support. A refund is not automatic merely because part of a billing period was unused.
4. Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank or card processing times may vary. Access related to a fully refunded purchase may end after the refund is processed.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law gives you stronger rights, those rights take priority.
6. Contact
For billing questions, use the contact information shown in QR-Appy account communications or the support options included in your Paddle receipt. For refund requests, Paddle Buyer Support can verify the transaction and available refund options.
